Meet the Teen Behind BreakTime
I'm Kayra Ersoy and I've recently gained a real passion about psychology and how the mind works. After completing the BeThere certificate, a course about mental health and awareness, I got inspirited to create BreakTime, a blog dedicated to students and teens just like you!
Throughout this journey, I'm hoping to explore different topics that vary but still stick to my main theme: Mental Health Awareness For Teenagers. My goal is to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, seen, and welcomed.
